Responsible Play
Last updated: November 8, 2026
Jackpot Boardwalkis a free-to-play social casino made for fun. There is no real-money gambling, and you can't win money or prizes. Even so, any game can take more time or money than you intend. These tools and resources help you stay in control.
Our tools
- Spending limits: set daily, weekly and monthly limits in Account → Responsible Play. Lowering a limit works right away. Raising or removing one waits 24 hours, so decisions aren't made in the moment.
- Play-time reminders: a reminder pops up after 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes of play (60 by default).
- Take a break (self-exclusion):pause play, purchases and promotional emails for 24 hours up to 5 years. It can't be undone early.
- Purchase history:see everything you've bought in Account settings.
- Delete your account at any time.
Healthy play tips
- Treat purchases like any other entertainment spending, such as a movie or a game.
- Decide on a budget before you play, and never spend money you need for bills or essentials.
- Don't try to "win back" coins by buying more. Free bonuses refill every 3 hours.
- Take regular breaks and balance play with other activities.
- Remember that results in a social casino don't predict results in real-money gambling.
Signs it may be time for a break
- Spending more money or time than you planned, or hiding it from others
- Feeling stressed, anxious or irritable when you can't play
- Playing to escape problems or low moods
- Missing work, sleep or time with people because of play
