This Privacy Policy explains how HYPERSMARTY LLC ("we," "us"), an Illinois limited liability company, collects, uses and shares information when you use Jackpot Boardwalk(the "Service"). We collect as little as we need to run a fun, safe game.

- We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. Information we collect
You give us
- Account details: email address, optional display name, and your password (stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash).
- Age confirmation: you enter your birth month and year; we store only the birth year and the time you confirmed.
- Preferences: email choices, spending limits, reminders and self-exclusion settings.
- Messages you send to support.
Collected automatically
- Gameplay data: coin balance, level, XP, bonuses claimed, spin totals, biggest win and similar game state.
- Leaderboard:if you have a confirmed account, your display name (or an automatic "Player" code), your best weekly win multiple and the game it came from are shown to other players on the Big Win Race board and may be posted in our Telegram channel. Your email is never shown. Set a display name you're comfortable sharing, or leave it blank.
- Approximate location: our hosting provider tells us your country and state/region based on your IP address. We store the region code from when your account was created and use the current region to apply purchase restrictions.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, normally for a short period.
From payment providers
When you buy coins, Stripe (or Apple or Google) processes your payment. We never receive your full card number. We receive the amount, a transaction reference, your email and billing country/state so we can deliver coins, prevent fraud and apply location rules.
2. How we use information
- to run the games, save your progress and deliver purchased coins;
- to verify your age and apply location and responsible-play rules;
- to send service emails (confirmations, password resets, receipts);
